These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lens Scan mobile application ("App"), owned and published by Even Edge Dijital Hizmetler A.Ş. ("Even Edge", "we", "us", "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.
Important Notice Regarding Independence and Third-Party Services
The App is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party applications, services, companies, or brands offering image recognition or visual search functionality.
The App may rely on third-party APIs or services to deliver certain features; such use does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. User Content & Uploaded Images
You retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading images, you grant Even Edge a license to process such content solely to provide the App’s features.
5. No Professional, Accuracy, or Identification Guarantees
AI-generated results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Results do not constitute verification or authentication.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the App, violate laws, or attempt unauthorized access.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Even Edge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Even Edge from claims arising from your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
